Dive into the world of the production set crews on with our hands-on Grip & Gear Training Lab—perfect for young people who are interested in the technical magic behind the scenes of any production!

This is an immersive introduction to the essential crew roles that bring movies to life.  From learning how to operate cameras and manage lighting and capturing sound, you’ll gain valuable skills that are vital for being part of a professional film crew.

Discover how to choose the right camera settings for your shots, experiment with lenses to create unique perspectives, using lighting to evoke mood and emotion. You’ll not only learn the technical skills but also develop the collaboration and communication needed to thrive on a film crew.

Participants who show initiative and enthusiasm could be selected for internships on upcoming productions with us, working as production assistants or in other crew roles.
