Get ready for an unforgettable week of creativity, teamwork, and fun at our full-day, week-long Filmmaking Summer Camp! This hands-on camp is perfect for aspiring young filmmakers and storytellers.
Here’s what your child will experience:
🎬 Creating a Short Film AND a Commercial: Work as part of a production team to bring your creative visions to life on the big screen
🎬 Compete for Prestigious Awards: Production groups will compete for titles like Best Picture, Best Commercial, Best Acting, Best Director of Photography, Best Writing, and more.
🎬 Red Carpet Screening & Awards Ceremony: Join us Monday night after camp ends for our graduation and awards ceremony featuring a screening of all the films and commercials created during the week.
Kamp Hollywood provides an immersive, dynamic, and hands-on experience where participants will collaborate to write, direct, act, and bring their creative visions to life on screen.

KAMP SCHEDULE:
Sunday July 19th: 2pm to 3pm KAMP ORIENTATION (Optional; Recommended for new participants)
Monday July 20 to Friday July 24: 9am to 5:30pm (Early Drop off begins at 8:30am)
Saturday July 25 – Editing day – only the directors for each project will be able to sit in on part of the editing process. This is not a teaching day! (Please keep an eye out for our editing classes & workshops)
Sunday July 26 – Judges from the film industry in and around North Texas will have a private screening to choose the winners of the major categories
Monday July 27: Red Carpet Screening & graduation at Studio Movie Grill (Spring Valley)
