Terms & Conditions

I do hereby release The Movie Institute and the hosting location from any liability in relation to the above listed child’s involvement with this program. 

I also release any images and/or videos of said child to The Movie Institute for use in aducational seminar related visual and audio representations as well as promotional use in material directly related to The Movie Institute. 

I, my child, and family will adhere to The Movie Institute rules and host location rules. 

The Movie Institute cannot accept the liability for the administration of medicines or medical treatment and it is understood that there are no qualified medical personnel on staff to do so.  All medications, medical treatments and/or special dietary needs must be administered by the child and/or their parent(s).
